Make Pen Drive Bootable Using CMD-

Install USB Pendrive In To Computer.
Then Open CMD , Click on Start Button-> Search CMD -> Click on CMD And Open
Then Type Command on CMD - Diskpart
Then Select Yes
Type On Disk part CMD --list disk and Enter
Then These Command One By One
Select Disk 1
Clean
Create Partition Primary
Select Partition 1
Active
Format FS=NTFS
Wait For 100% Complete
Assign
Exit
Now Your Pendrive has been made bootable.
Copy Operating System file into Pen Drive
Restart The Computer
Select Pendrive As Bootable
Enjoy
